Next, insert the assembled pole set (with the skinny end first) into the opening at the bottom of the feather flag, ensuring the tip of the pole is inside the reinforced pocket at the end of the flag. Place the ground spike, cross stand, or other base in the desired location and mount the feather flag onto it. Finally, connect the bungee cord loop at the bottom of the flag around the hook of the pole set for extra tension and security.

The pole set includes one sectional aluminum pole and two sectional fiberglass poles, with a flag height of 8.2 feet and a wind resistance of 30mph. The pole set, weighing 0.8 lbs, comes in a carry/storage bag. The ground stake is constructed of galvanized steel, measuring 2.4" x 23.6" and weighing 2.2 lbs. The cross base with a weight bag is made of powder-coated steel, measuring 24" x 24" and weighing 3.1 lbs, with the weight bag able to be filled with either water or sand. The table clamp is made of steel, with dimensions of 8.5" x 4.0" x 3.0" and a weight of 1.0 lb.
